It is 225 pages long.It contains an article "A roundup of trick lures that get fish when nothing else seems to work". One of these is a stick bait ".... with both spinners removed the rear one replaced with enough lead to permit the plug to float at a 45-degree angle. It's a killer." He does not name any existing bait and is outlining a concept. Sounds like the Warhorse concept that Jack K. Smithwick had as early as 1952.
