This is a beauty It is stamped DEVEL Horse. It has the split ring on the line tie. It comes in the older two piece box which is 1 1/4" deep and is stamped L-119 DEVELS Horse Floater. It is color # 19 and is what I would call a Brown Scale. I only have one DEVELS color chart where the numbers extend above 16 and that is the chart which I believe is 1962 and it has 22 colors. Color #19 does not show on the chart. It skips from 17 to 22. I believe this lure is from 1956 to 1962..
